Women and Leadership
A one day workshop with Aly McNicoll
Wellingon – 19 May 2017 and Auckland – 24 May 2017
This workshop will show you what the research says about the realities for women in leadership roles and provide the opportunity to develop the critical skills to lead with confidence. It will bust some of the myths around confidence and provide practical strategies for dealing with both the inner game of leadership and workplace factors that impact on your effectiveness.
The workshop process will provide valuable time for reflection enabling you to gain insights about yourself as a leader plus the opportunity to build your network of other women leading in the not for profit sector. This workshop will be useful for women new to leadership roles as well as those who are in senior positions.
What you will learn:
This is an opportunity to work with a group of dynamic women to develop a climate of support so crucial for stepping up. In a competition-free zone women can tell it like it is and together develop the strategies to go further together than they would on their own.
